Whitefish Lake Golf Course

The Whitefish Lake Golf Course is a sprawling 36-hole professional golf course located adjacent to Whitefish Lake, with beautifully kept fairways, immaculate greens and stunning views of Big Mountain. The Whitefish Lake course is one of the few professional 36-hole courses within the state and has become one of the most requested golfing destinations in Montana.

The North Course was updated in 1983 by John Steidel and overlooks the waters of Whitefish Lake with stately Big Mountain providing the perfect backdrop. The south course was completed in 1994 and is an outstanding addition to the golf resort. Built for the people, the South Course wraps around Lost Coon Lake and offers unbelievable panoramas and the opportunity to witness an abundance of wildlife.

Both the North and South Course's well manicured fairways are lined by pine and birch trees. The differing tee areas allow for golfers of varying abilities and mind sets. Golf Digest selected both courses among the top five for the state of Montana for 1996.
